I think that immigrants feels cultural fatigue very much in Korea. Koreans consider immigrants as the others or the strangers. Emigrants must experience assimilation by permanent residents' forcible demand. In this paper, I want to present how to make harmony of the boundary and the relations. The person’s boundary and the human relations are in tension relation. The boundary ethics is emphasizing individual's rights protection on multicultural society. The human relation ethics is emphasizing the immigrants and the permanent resident's cultural binding. If we emphasize the boundary, human relations may be estranged. if we emphasize human's solidarity, individual's boundary is apt to be unheeded. It is the most important constituent in multiculturalism ethics to keep human rights preserving friendship. Immigrants and permanent residents must make together new identity. We can find the harmony of between the individual boundary and the human relations. This would be plan that can reduce cultural fatigue of immigrants. I will study about the care ethics in the perspective of community’s identity. I will investigate about the boundary in individual minority's viewpoint. First, I will examine the boundary’s problem in multicultural society. Second, I will examine human relation problem in multicultural community. Then I will present the harmony of between the individual’s boundary and the people’s relation in multicultural society. Then, I will propose how form harmony between the individual boundary and human relations in multicultural society. These will become plan to reduce ethical fatigue of immigrants.

본 논문에서는 이주자들이 한국사회에서 느끼는 문화적 피로가 크다는 점에 문제의식을 가지고 이주자들의 문화적 피로를 줄일 수 있는 방안을 경계윤리와 관계윤리의 관점에서 제시해보고자 한다. 경계와 관계는 긴장관계에 있다. 다문화 사회에서 경계윤리는 개인의 권리 보호를 강조하고 있고, 관계윤리는 이주자와 정주자의 결속을 강조하고 있다. 경계를 강조하게 되면 관계가 멀어지고 관계를 강조하다보면 경계가 무시되기 쉽다. 그런데도 다문화 윤리의 핵심은 인권이 보호되는 구성원들의 친화이기 때문에 이주자들과 정주자들이 동일성을 구축해 갈 수 있는 방안을 모색해 볼 필요가 있다. 관계와 경계의 지평융합의 지점을 찾아보는 것이 이주자들의 문화적 피로를 줄여주는 방안이라 하겠다. 본 논문에서는 이주자들 자신의 본래 모습을 유지하는 것은 경계의 개념으로 풀어가고, 정주자들과의 관계 향상 문제는 배려의 개념에서 지향점을 찾아보고자 한다. 공동체의 동일성 측면에서 관계, 배려를 탐구하고, 개인의 타자성의 측면에서 경계에 대해서 탐구할 것이다. 우선, 다문화 사회에서의 경계문제를 살펴보고, 다음으로 다문화 사회에서의 관계문제를 살펴본 후 이를 바탕으로 다문화사회에서의 경계와 관계의 조화를 지향하는 윤리적 대책들을 모색해 볼 것이다.
