Since the defeat of Japan in 1945, Korean residents in Japan were still existed. They were minorities and symbol of discrimination. This is not the enumerating historic fact but an important start point to create alternative view of how the discrimination had been issued throughout personal experience and discernment. In this sense, it is clear that Korean residents in Japan are genocide and trauma being. Without mentioning comfort woman, compulsive haul, and minority discrimination, it is historical fact; Genocide which experienced in colonial era, all the governing traumas from defeated in 1945, nationality problems, education, welfare, and the right of residence. Division of politics has been distorted tool to regulate a society of Korean residents in Japan with trauma, kidnapping, repatriating. Additionally, it is a reality that trauma by Japanese government's sate violence and trauma from both sides of Korea. In particular, the discrimination of Korean residents in Japan were irrelevant to Korea, Korean and Korean peninsula. Eventually, this is concluded in scorn and discrimination consciousness for whole Korean nations. By history, when past affairs should be rearranged, discovered then those of who suffer from illness of mind could be vented and historical external injury be healed. In fact, historical healing can be divided by personal, country, and society. Especially, personal healing process separated but those of who suffered trauma cannot get out of the past or severe scene can be repeated. In addition, the past constantly turned back so that they face the fate which block the future. The historical fact, the Korean residents in Japan, is an alternative composition for East Asian community in stream of times. The core living place, Chosun-chon, is symbolic space conserve historicity and nowness. However, this place also can be living trauma space which are projected by division politics. With this, division politics should structurize national trauma by separation and it is living social organism which creates Korea in Japan.
