It has presented some of the policies of the various crime for women and children, but would be very sensitive to accept the fact that has not yet been eradicated. In the case of children the subject of assault crime, high addictive and Bum properties, in that it the socially vulnerable to sacrifice, can be higher than any other crime is a request for sentencing of severe punishment center. 여성과 아동에 대한 다양한 범죄에 대한 여러 가지 정책들을 제시 하고 있으나 여 전히 근절되지 않고 있다는 것에 대해 매우 민감하게 받아들여야 할 것이다. 아동 대 상 성폭력범죄의 경우는 상습성과 재범성이 높고, 사회적 약자를 피해자로 삼고 있다 는 점에서 엄벌위주의 양형에 대한 요청이 어느 다른 범죄보다 높다고 할 수 있다. 많은 지역을 대상으로 이러한 서비스를 실시하였지만 여성과 아동을 대상으로 하 는 다양한 범죄는 계속 발생되어지고 있다는 것이 매우 큰 문제이다. 따라서 여성과 아동의 안전을 위협하는 것이 무엇인지 파악하고 현재의 정책의 문제점이 무엇인지 를 파악하여 여성과 아동의 안전을 극대화 시킬 수 있는 방안들을 제시하고자 한다.
