This study was to analyze the effect of delinquency prevention program in Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Center for the youth in crisis who referred by juristic systems such as the prosecutory authorities or court, to provide implications to strengthen educational function of the delinquency prevention at this center. On this purpose 615 youths, which referred by juristic systems and participate in the alternative education program, were surveyed using self reporting questionnaires and 572 cases were used finally excepting 43 which were not answered thoroughly. The analysis the study were processed in 2 phases of descriptive statistics and pre-post test to know the effect of the program. From the study we were able to know that aggressiveness and depression/anxiety degree were decreased significantly after the program. Therefor we can say that this program is effective in decreasing the aggressiveness and depression/anxiety of the youth in crisis. In addition self-respect, resilience, and self-control degree were increased so that this program can strengthen the protect factors of the youth. Finally the implication to develop education function of the program from this results were provided.

본 연구는 검찰 및 법원 등 사법기관에서 청소년비행예방센터로 의뢰한 위기청소년을 대상으로 실시되는 비행 예방 교육프로그램의 효과를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 추후 청소년비행예방센터의 위기청소년 비행 예방 교육기능 강화 방안을 모색해보고자 함을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해서 사법기관에서 의뢰된 청소년비행예방센터의 대안교육 프로그램에 참여하는 615명의 위기청소년을 대상으로 자기보고식 사전·사후 설문지를 실시하였다. 전체 615명 가운데 주요 변수에 성실히 응답하지 않은 43케이스를 제외한 572명을 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 청소년비행예방센터의 비행예방 교육 프로그램의 효과성 분석을 통해서 나타난 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 프로그램 실시 전·후에 비행 위험요인인 공격성과 우울/불안 수치가 유의미하게 낮아졌다. 또 다른 차원에서 비행 보호요인인 자아존중감, 회복탄력성, 자기통제력의 경우도 프로그램 종결 후에 유의미하게 증가한 것으로 나타나 대안교육 프로그램이 청소년 비행을 완화시킬 수 있는 보호요인을 긍정적으로 강화시켜주고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 중심으로 청소년비행예방센터의 위기청소년 비행예방 교육기능의 발전방안에 대해 모색해보고자 한다.
