The study is aimed at analyzing the effect of the service provided for tourists attending the permanent night performance using the traditional Korean housing resources in Jeollabuk-do on their satisfaction and behavior intention. The study surveyed 1,000 tourists who attended the permanent night performance using the traditional Korean housing resources in Jeonju, Namwon, Imsil, and Gochang from June to November 2014. Except for insincere 122 questionnaires, total 888 were used for analysis. To analyze the critical factors which affect community contribution and behavior intention, the study set the community contribution and behavior intention as dependent variables and 4 satisfaction factors(performance accessibility, theater facility, performance contents, and service) as independent variables. As the result, the four satisfaction factors were affecting directly or indirectly community contribution and behavior intention.

본 연구는 전라북도내의 한옥자원을 활용한 야간상설 공연에 참여하는 관람객을 대상으로 공연 만족에 따른 지역발전 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 전주, 남원, 임실, 고창에서 개최되는 한옥자원활용 야간상설공연을 관람한 관광객 1,000명을 대상으로 2014.6월～2014.11월까지 조사하였다. 이중 불성실한 설문지 122부를 제외한 총 888부를 분석에 활용하였다. 지역발전과 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 결정적 요인들을 분석하기 위하여 지역발전과 행동의도를 종속변수로 설정하고, 4가지 만족요인(공연접근성, 공연시설, 공연내용, 관람서비스)을 독립변수로 설정하였다. 분석결과, 네 가지 만족요인들은 모두 지역발전 및 행동의도에 직·간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
