It seems difficult to expect the Spilt-over Effect due to the slow growth facing our country in recent years. This study is one of several models of macroeconomic growth factors (GOP) determine the specific contribution of the Solow growth accounting model through conducting the empirical parameterization of these factors in the regression analysis. The uniformity ratio of general equilibrium conditions, savings also conducted a regression analysis to establish a model Steady State reaches in the long term because the market clearing leads to investment, similar to parameterize the growth factor ,, , as a result of the increase in corporate savings rate has increased yields it was confirmed that generates the (+) positive effect on. The significance of the technology is used in the advanced technology brings to continuous growth relative to growth in the Solow model assumes that economic mechanisms but diminishing marginal savings rate and population growth in the steady State. However, the limit is raised in some studies of exogenous growth model, endogenous growth theory can be given as a complement to Human Capital and R&D model. 최근 선진국 등에서 직면하고 있는 저성장 문제는 특히 우리나라에 시사하는 바가 크다. 이로 인한 Spilt-over Effect를 기대하기는 더욱 거리감이 있어 보인다. 본 연구는 거시경제의 여러 성장모형 중 Solow 모형의 성장회계를 통해서 요인별 기여도를 확인하고 이러한 요인을 변수 화하여 실증적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 일반균형의 균제상태는 , , 로 저축 또한 장기에서 균제상태로 도달하면 투자로 이어져 시장에 청산되므로, 성장요인을 유사 변수 화하여 모형을 설정하고 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 저축률의 증가는 기업의 총산출량(GOP) 증가에 정(+)효과를 발생시키고 있음을 확인하였다. Solow 모형이 상정(가정)하고 있는 경제 메커니즘에서 인구증가율과 저축률이 균제상태에서 한계수확체감을 보이지만 기술진보에 있어서는 기술진보율에 비례하여 지속적 성장을 가져온다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 다만, 외생 성장모형의 한계를 일부 연구에서 제기된 바, 이를 보완한 Human Capital 모형 및 R&D 모형을 내생적 성장이론으로 들 수 있다. 특히 Solow 모형은 정부부문을 고려하지 않은 즉, 정부의 시장개입을 최소화 한다는 자유주의경제학 측면에서 가계와 기업만을 고려한 모형으로 개별기업에 있어서는 저 출산 노령화에 따르는 Human Capital의 감소분을 저축률 증가로 유도하여 기업의 투자여력을 향상시킬 필요가 있다는 분석이다.
