This study aims to elicit adjustable tasks from teachers' work based on school members' awareness through the IPA technique. Simply put, the objective of this study is to present a road map with which school-based work adjustment can be made for each subject by examining which work would be both important and appropriate for teachers to perform. To achieve this, this study conducted an online survey of a total of 5,868 participants. Analysis results show that “various EDUFINE (education finance e-system) work”, “support for various school events”, “taking pictures of school events and managing albums”, “support for various meetings and training preparation”, and “handling letters to parents and gathering, and getting approved for, weekly and monthly plans” were included in the first quadrant (maintaining sustainability), and “managing the register of information equipment and school information security were included in the second quadrant (putting rectifying efforts first)”. “accepting and processing official documents and sending faxes and other official documents (including collecting data)”, “handling various statistics”, and "gathering various survey questionnaires and statistics" were included in the third quadrant (low priority), and no items were included in the fourth quadrant (overzealous efforts-oriented). Each unit school will be able to reorganize the abovementioned tasks for subjects by reflecting the characteristics and cultures of their school.

본 연구는 IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) 분석 방법을 활용하여, 학교구성원들의 인 식을 바탕으로 교사의 업무 중 행정영역으로 조정이 가능한 업무를 도출하고자 하였다. 즉 교 사들의 어떤 업무가 교사들이 수행하기에 중요한지 그리고 교사들이 수행하기에 적절한지를 도출하여 단위학교 차원에서 대상별로 업무조정을 할 수 있는 로드맵을 제공하는데 연구 목적 이 있다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 조사를 실시하였으며, 총 설문 참여자 수는 5,865명이었다. 분 석결과, ‘각종 에듀파인 업무’, ‘각종 학교 행사 지원’, ‘학교 행사 사진 촬영 및 앨범 관리’, ‘각 종 회의 및 연수 준비 지원’, ‘가정통신문 관리주간 및 월간 계획서 취합 결재’ 등은 제1사분면 (지속유지)에 속하는 것으로 나타났고, ‘정보화기자재대장 관리, 교내메신저 관리’는 제2사분면 (우선 시정노력)에 포함되었다. 그리고 ‘공문접수 및 처리, 팩스 및 기타 공문서발송(자료집계 포함)’, ‘각종 통계 처리’, ‘각종 설문지 취합 및 통계’ 등은 제3사분면(낮은 우선순위)에 속하는 것으로 나타났고, 제4사분면(과잉노력 지양)에는 포함되는 항목이 없었다. 단위학교는 학교특성 과 문화를 반영하여 이상의 업무를 대상별로 재조정할 수 있을 것이다.
