This study is a systematic motivation promoting eco-counseling as a case study to evaluate the process and outcomes to enhance the motivation of elementary school underachievers. When the material to target the G-6th grade boys two people learning to slow this by parents, ecological motivation enhancement program was carried out systematically included the intervention of the teacher. Since April 2015 June Child were conducted for the weekly 90-minute program, a total of 12 times over a six counseling session a parent, a teacher interviews were conducted 12 sessions. Each session observations and activities for children, teachers, parents counseling qualitative analysis of the transcriptional data were recorded and analyzed the academic motivation test conducted prior to the post and programs. Analysis of the study results were positive changes in children naahganeun look hard toward the goal without fear of failure was actively involved in school activities with interest for the study through a systematic motivation promoting eco-counseling. The study also showed that lower motivation factors of academic self-efficacy and academic failure tolerance improved. Finally, discuss the results of this study are presented proposal for further study.

본 연구는 사례연구로 생태체계적 학습동기증진 상담이 초등학교 학습부진아의 학습동기를 증진시키는 과정과 성과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 G시 소재 초등학교 6학년 학습부 진 남학생 2명을 대상으로 하여 부모, 교사에 대한 개입이 포함된 생태체계적 학습동기증진 프로그램을 실시하였다. 2015년 4월부터 6월까지 아동에게는 총 12회기에 걸쳐 주 1회 90분 씩 프로그램을 진행하였고 부모상담 6회기, 교사 면담 12회기를 진행하였다. 각 회기 활동 관찰 기록과 아동, 교사, 부모상담 녹음의 전사자료를 질적 분석하였으며 프로그램 사전과 사후에 실시한 학업동기 검사를 분석하였다. 분석결과 연구대상 아동들은 생태체계적 학습동 기증진 상담을 통해 공부에 대한 흥미를 가지고 학교 활동에 적극 참여하였으며 실패를 두 려워하지 않고 목표를 향하여 열심히 나아가는 긍정적인 모습으로 변화하였다. 또한 학업동 기 하위변인인 학업적 자기효능감과 학업적 실패내성이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과를 논의하고 추후연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.
