This research aimed at developing an instructional process plan and performance evaluation instrument for the 'Understanding of adolescent' unit of middle school technology·home subject. To achieve this purpose, this research established development procedure along with preparation - development - improvement stages based on literature analysis. Above all, in preparation stage, this research selected hands-on activity proper for the unit by analyzing the achievement standard and class goal of middle school technology․home of 'Understanding of adolescent' unit. In development stage, this research developed class process plan and performance evaluation instrument. In improvement stage, this research amended․complemented through the pilot test and field test targeting expert group and middle school students in respect of developed class process plan and performance evaluation instrument. Field activity subject developed through the above stages was 'Creating newspaper of me, you, and our team newspaper'. Instructional process plan was developed along with unit plan, design overview, unit title, target, place, session, class goal, class material, teacher's activity and students' activity per stage, material and precautions, stream of class, and students' activity plan. As the performance evaluation instrument, this research developed students checklist for teacher's observation, portfolio, grading standard for complete product, students' self evaluation and peer evaluation table for students. The research results are as follows. First, in respect of teacher's aspect, this research has a significance since it has consistency in selection of experience activity task proper for the relevant unit, goal selection, and establishment of evaluation plan, also, developed teaching material helpful for supremacy, reliability, and validity. Second, in respect of students' aspect, it is meaningful that it could be helpful for understanding of achievement standard through peer activity and right physical establishment. Third, it has a significance that it could secure objectivity of evaluation through various evaluation methods and raise applicability of comprehensive decision making material between teacher-student.

이 연구의 목적은 중학교 기술·가정과 ‘청소년의 이해’ 단원을 위한 수업과정안 및 수행평가 도구를 개발하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌 분석을 토대로 개발 절차를 준비-개발-개선 단계로 설정하였다. 우선, 준비 단계에서는 중학교 기술․가정과 ‘청소년의 이해’ 단원에서의 성취 기준과 수업 목표를 분석하여 단원에 적합한 활동 과제를 선정하였다. 개발 단계에서는 수업 과정안과 수행평가 도구를 개발하였다. 개선단계에서는 개발된 수업과정안과 수행평가 도구에 대하여 전문가 집단과 중학생을 대상으로 예비시험과 현장 시험을 통해 수정․보완하였다. 이상의 단계에 따라 개발된 체험활동 주제는 ‘나, 너, 우리 모둠 신문 만들기’이다. 수업과정안은 단원계획안 및 설계 개요, 단원명, 대상, 장소, 차시, 수업 목표, 수업 자료, 단계별 교사 활동 및 학생활동, 자료 및 유의점, 수업의 흐름, 학생용 활동지로 개발하였다. 수행평가 도구는 교사용 관찰을 위한 학생 점검표, 포트폴리오, 완제품 평가를 위한 채점 기준표와 학생용 자기 평가 및 동료 평가표를 개발하였다. 이 연구를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사 측면에서는 해당 단원에 적합한 체험활동 과제의 선정, 목표 설정, 평가 계획 수립에 일관성을 가지며 수월성, 신뢰성, 타당성에 도움을 주는 수업자료를 개발하는데 의의가 있다. 둘째, 학생 측면에서는 또래 활동을 통해 성취기준의 이해 및 바른 신체상 정립에 도움을 줄 수 있다는데 의미가 있다. 셋째, 다양한 평가 방법을 통해 평가의 객관성 확보와 교사-학생 간 종합적 의사 결정 자료로의 활용 가능성을 높일 수 있다는데 의의가 있다.
