The Second World War ended. Allies decided Dokdo is Korea’s territory with SCAPIN 677. Allies have not finally determine the territorial sovereignty of Dokdo. Eventually the Allies had considered the uninhabited Dokdo and had avoided the decision of the territorial status. But Japan claimed that Takeshima became Japanese territory and were illegally occupied by occupying the Dokdo by the Peace Line of korea. Korea was saying Dokdo is a unique territory. On the other hand, Japan thinks that Takeshima is acquired as a new territory by international law. There are differences recognition of the territory between Korea and Japan. So Dokdo seems to conflict areas. Now is the time to pursue the universal values ​​of the world. The Japanese now have to admit that Dokdo is Korea’s territory. Because the Allied regarded Japan took the territory of Dokdo. Resolution of the Dokdo issue is to wait quietly until the day, Japan has a universal value of the world.

제2차 세계대전의 종전에 따라 연합국최고사령부는 독도에 대해 역사적 근거에 의거하여 한국영토로 처리했다. 연합국은 독도를 무인도로 간주하여 영토적 지위 결정을 피했다. 일본은 대일평화조약에서 독도가 일본영토로 결정되었고, 한국이 평화선을 선언하여 독도를 불법적으로 점령하고 있다고 주장한다. 한국은 독도를 고유영토로서 인식하고 있고, 일본은 ‘다케시마’가 근대 국제법의 영토취득 이론에 의해 취득한 영토라고 생각한다. 한일 양국 간에 이러한 영토인식 차가 있다. 지금은 세계보편적인 가치관을 추구하는 시대이다. 독도문제의 해결방법은 일본이 세계보편적인 가치관을 갖는 날까지 독도의 영토주권이 침탈당하지 않도록 해서 기다리는 것이다.
