This study was aimed to know conflicts and the strategies of conflicts mitigation among alzheimer’s special grade(5 grade) at day care center for elderly. The methods of study design was explanatory study using qualitative research method, ethnography. And an object of study was two aspects. One was the benefits, alzheimer’s special grade(5 grade) and the others at day care center for elderly. Two was benefits provider, program manager and carer. First, to solve conflicts mitigation among alzheimer’s special grade(5 grade) at day care center for elderly, it should be prepare to diagnostic scale development research based on dementia senile for mild case. Second, it need to supporting manpower for alzheimer’s special grade(5 grade) at day care center for elderly. Third, we suggest that it is necessary to progress of program for cognitive activity to wake up.

본 연구의 목적은 주간보호센터를 이용하는 치매특별등급(5등급) 노인을 둘러싼 갈등관계와 갈등완화 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 질적인 연구방법인 문화기술지를 활용하여 노인장기요양보험 등급 체계개편에 따른 ‘치매특별급여(5등급)’노인을 둘러싼 일반수급자와 치매특별급여(5등급)자 간의 갈등관계, 급여제공자와 치매특별급여(5등급)자 간의 갈등관계와 원인을 심층적으로 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 세 가 지 정책적, 실천적 정책을 제안하였다. 첫째, 치매특별등급을 받는 경증 치매노인을 대상으로 한 엄밀하고 표준화된 ‘치매특별등급용 진단척도’를 만들어야 한다. 둘째, 치매특별등급(5등급)에 따른 프로그램 운영인 력 지원이 요구된다. 셋째, 인지활동형 프로그램의 내실화가 필요하다.
