The purpose of this study is to seek practical and political implications for the user’s satisfaction of the community elder care services by analyzing the effects of predisposing factors, enabling factors and need factors of the elders, and to identify the mediating effects of health literacy on the relationship between predisposing factors, enabling factors and need factors and the user’s satisfaction of the community elder care services. To achieve the objective, a survey was carried out for 203 elders in Incheon, Pyungtaek, Anseong, and Chunan. The results of the study were as follows: First, it was found that the enabling factors have positive effect over the user’s satisfaction of the community elder care services. Second, the enabling factors and the need factors have positive effect over the health literacy. Third, it was found that the healthy literacy have positive effect over the user’s satisfaction of the community elder care services. Finally, the health literacy could be a mediating variable between the enabling factors and the user’s satisfaction of the community elder care services. Based on these findings, implications for theory and practice were discussed.

본 연구는 소인성 요인, 가능성 요인, 필요성 요인 등이 재가복지서비스 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 장기요양서비스에 관한 건강정보이해능력이 재가복지서비스 이용만족도에 미치는 매개효과를 파 악함에 목적이 있다. 분석을 위해 인천, 평택, 안성, 천안지역의 재가복지서비스 이용자 203명을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소인성 요인, 가능성 요인, 필요성 요인 중에서는 가능성요인만이 재가복지서비스 이용만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소인성 요인, 가능성요인, 필요성 요인 중에서 가능성요인과 필요성요인이 건강정보이해능력에 유 의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 건강정보이해능력은 재가복지서비스 이용만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 건강정보이해능력은 가능성요인과 재가복지서비스 이용만족도간에 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인 되었으며 가능성요인에서는 거주 지역, 자녀수, 사회적 지지 등과 재가복지서비스 이용만족도 간에 있어서 건강정보이해능력의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지 실천적 방안 을 제시하였다.
