The purpose of the study was to understand negative experiences of the students during team-class from the holistic standpoint. For data collection, criteria sampling method was utilized and 12 fifth-grade students participated in in-depth interviews and were observed by the researchers. Collected data was analyzed using Spradley’s(1979) block classification and distribution analysis. The results show that, first, teachers’ roles to resolve negative emotion caused by teacher-factor from the holistic standpoint are team organization considering students’ level, recognition of class importance, and interactions with the students, second, holistic standpoint to resolve negative emotion caused by student-factor is an education that increases emotional intelligence, which is one of the holistic healing methods, and third, holistic standpoints to resolve negative emotion caused by class-factor are to change game management that reflects spirituality and application of Hellison(1995) responsibility class model.

이 연구는 학생들이 홀리스틱 관점에서 팀 수업 중 학생들이 경험하는 부정적 정서를 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 준거적 선택법과 초점화된 집단 면담을 통하여 5학년 학생 12명을 선정하여 개인별 심층면담과 비 참여관찰을 실시하였다. 수집한 자료는 Spradley(1979)의 영역 분석과 분류 분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 논의자료를 도출하였다. 첫째, 교사요인에 의한 부정적 정서를 홀리스틱 관점에서의 살펴보면 학생의 수준을 고려한 팀 구성, 수업에 대한 중요성 인식, 학생과의 상호작용 등이 요구된다. 둘째, 학생요인에 의한 부정적 정서를 홀리스틱 관점에서 살펴보면 힐링의 방법인 정서 지능을 높이는 교육이 요구된다. 셋째, 수업 특성에 의한 부정적 정서를 홀리스틱 관점에서 살펴보면 정신성을 반영한 경기 운영으로의 전환과 Hellison(1995)의 책임감 수업모형의 적용이 요구된다.
