This study was conducted to analyze the impact on creativity and personality characteristics of the elementary school sports clubs. The study surveyed 130 people Elementary School 5-6 grade boys and girls, based in Incheon, The research tool was a questionnaire consisting of 12 questions, 54 questions including 32 questions about the personality characteristics of the five questions, five questions relating to creativity and school sports clubs and sports participation regarding demographic characteristics. Analysis of the collected data SPSS Ver. 21.0 creativity and personality differences according to demographic characteristics, participation in sports clubs using a t-test, analysis of variance(One-Way ANOVA). The following results were obtained. First, the creativity and personality of the gender of the scores of boys were not statistically difference higher than girls. Second, the differences in creativity and humanity of the school sports clubs and the presence or absence of creativity and tenacity of sports clubs Each participant was higher. Third, school sports clubs creativity and human creativity, this group participates weekly in accordance with the forms of participation were highest. 이 연구는 학교스포츠클럽참여에 따른 창의성과 인성특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 인천광역시 서구에 소재한 초등학교 5,6학년 남녀 학생 130명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 조사도구인 설문지에는 인구통계학적 특성에 관한 5문항과 학교스포츠클럽 종목과 참여 정도에 관한 5문항, 창의성에 관한 12문항, 인성특성에 관한 32문항 등 총 54문항으로 구성하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS Ver. 21.0을 이용하여 인구통계학적 특성, 스포츠클럽의 참여 정도에 따른 창의성과 인성의 차이는 t-test, 일원배치 분산분석(One-Way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 남녀 성별에 따른 창의성과 인성은 남학생의 점수가 여학생보다 더 높게 나왔으나 통계적으로 차이는 없었다. 둘째, 학교스포츠클럽 참여 유무에 따른 창의성과 인성에는 차이가 있으며 스포츠클럽 참여자의 창의성 및 인성이 각각 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 학교스포츠클럽 참여 형태에 따른 창의성과 인성에는 주1회 참여하는 그룹이 창의성이 가장 높게 나타났고, 참여지속에 따른 결과는 2년 이상 참여한 그룹이 창의성이 가장 높게 나왔고, 3년 이상 참여한 그룹에서 인성이 가장 높게 나왔다. 그러나 참여횟수와 참여시간, 참여지속에 따른 창의성 및 인성은 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 학교스포츠클럽 참여 종목에 따른 창의성과 인성에서는 단체운동에 참여하는 그룹이 창의성과 인성이 가장 높게 나왔으나 타 종목과의 유의한 차이는 보이지 않는다.
