조직문화가 조직 내 정치 및 갈등, 갈등관리에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 인과관계의 분석을 중심으로 -
An Empirical Research on the Relationships between Organizational Cultures, Organizational Politics and Conflicts, and Conflict Management
Organizational politics and conflicts are very natural phenomenon in every organization. However, organizational politics and conflicts have been frequently neglected in previous studies in public administration and public organization studies. Therefore, this study is to analyze the relationships between organizational cultures, organizational politics, and organizational conflicts and conflict management types. Based on the results of the empirical analyses, relationship-oriented culture decreased organizational politics and conflicts. Moreover, it has positive effects on desirable conflict management types such as collaboration and accommodation. However, hierarchical culture has negative effects on organizational politics, conflicts, and conflict management.
