- These days,colleges in Korea are worrying notonly about'how to invite competent students' but also about' how to preserve enrolled students' at the same time. Hence, the colleges have been recognizing the studentsas education consumers and working hard to increase their satisfaction in the school in every aspect. Considering such facts, the study carried out an investigation on the importance of good student satisfaction in school while it looked into how the satisfaction affects the students' self-esteem, organization identification and organizational commitment. Sophomores and juniors at C University in Ulsan were selected as are search object, and a total of 253 survey results were applied to the study. According to the findings, the students' satisfaction in school was observed to be different depending on general factors. In add ition, it was confirmed that the satisfaction would havean influenceon the self-esteem, organization identification and organizational commitment. Those reliable results from the study should be used as a reference for a future study but still, for any further researches, more diverse, accurate methods must be applied so that those researches could produce more in-depth results.

- 오늘 날 우리나라 대학은 ‘우수한 학생 유치’와 동시에 ‘재학생 유지’라는 문제를 동시에 고민하 고 있다.따라서 대학에서는 학생들을 교육 수요자로 인지하고,그들의 학교만족도를 높이기 위해 다각적인 시도를 하고 있다.이에 학교만족도 중요성을 확인하고,학교만족도가 자존감,조직 동일 시,조직 몰입에 영향을 미치는가를 알아보기 위하여 본 연구를 시행하였다.연구는 울산 소재의 C대학교 2,3학년을 대상으로 실시하였으며,설문 조사 형식으로,총 253부의 자료를 연구에 활용 하였다.연구결과 학생들은 일반적인 특성에 따라 학교만족도에 유의한 차이가 있었다.또한 학교 만족도는 자존감은 물론,조직 동일시,조직 몰입에도 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 신뢰성 있는 결과는 참고 자료로 활용 가능하나,연구 대상을 좀 더 다양하게 확대 하고 관련 검사를 더 정교한 방법으로 진행하는 후속 연구가 필요할 것으로 사려된다.
