The Objective of this study is to evaluate the influence of Korean Enneagram career guidance program to college students' self-efficacy, career identity and career maturity. The career guidance program, which developed on the basis of the Korean Enneagram (Yunsung Youn et all, 2010) were categorized into two groups to make a difference in pre and pro analysis. With the pre-test and pre-inspection in order to verify prior-after effects about students' Sense of Career Identity, Self-efficacy, Career Maturity, following study subjects were established. From the study group pre-post test results, age, marital status, working experience, happiness childhood, current life happiness showed a significant difference results except for gender differences. These results proves that the Korean Enneagram career guidance program is effectively influence on career identity(t=-7.403, p<.001), self-efficacy(t=-9.211, p<.001) and career maturity(t=-12.851, p<.001) of the college students.

한국어

본 연구의 목적은 한국형에니어그램 진로지도프로그램이 대학생들의 진로정체감과 자기효능 감 및 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자하는 것이다. 한국형에니어그램을 기초로 개 발된 진로지도프로그램(윤운성 외, 2010)을 사전-사후 차이검증을 하기위해 실험집단과 통제집 단으로 분류하여 구성하였다. 성인학생을 포함하고 있는 대학생 집단에 예비검사와 사전검사를 하고, 8주에 걸쳐 총 24시간 진행한 뒤 사후 검사를 하여 프로그램의 효과를 검증하였다. 실험 집단을 대상으로 한 사전-사후 검사 결과에서 성별 차이검증 결과를 제외한 연령별, 혼인지위별, 직장경력 유무, 유년시절 행복도, 현재생활 행복도별 차이에 대한 검사결과는 전반적으로 유의 미한 결과를 보였다. 결과적으로 한국형에니어그램 진로지도프로그램은 진로정체감(t=-7.403, p<.001), 자기효능감 (t=-9.211, p<.001, 진로성숙(t=-12.851, p<.001)도에 긍정적인 효과를 미친 것으로 확인된다.
