This paper is to convert the record data, that classical scholars has left, into database through case of processing journals which is producing in the Korean Studies Advancement Center, and is to study the examples and the specific ways which produces such works as content. That, life of classical scholars is intensively transferred to us, is the record data. And of the record data, data which can identify passion of the record of classical scholars in the Joseon dynasty is journals. So this paper is to identify feature which journals have, and is to study what we gets a processing to make content on which modernistically becomes available. In this paper, I research processing content and important issue focused on business that builds journals which the Korean Studies Advancement Center progresses as database, and cases of ‘story theme park’ which is offered creative materials for originator. Through these, this paper suggests three important issues; first, grasps feature of data correctly, and applies it to design of database and service environment. This is the reason that builds database according to feature of journals produced on date, and researches content of database building business of journals which is constructing user environment proper to it: second, the reason the reason that correctly needs to take aim at user and wants for database and producing content which fits their needs; Content produced in situation which has availability in mind has to be planed through work which grasps their needs, after explicit defining about ‘who utilizes?’: third, the reason that divide with specialized field or not which has an advantage at each of industrial unit, and needs to clarify a part according to it.

이 논문은 한국국학진흥원에서 제작하고 있는 일기류 기록자료에 대한 다양한 가공의 사례들을 통해, 선비들이 남긴 기록자료를 DB화 하고 이를 콘텐츠로 제작하는 실례와 그 구체적인 방법들을 살펴보기 위한 것이다. 선비들의 삶과 일상들이 가장 집약적으로 우 리에게 전달되고 있는 것이 바로 기록자료이다. 그리고 이러한 기록자료 가운데 조선시 대 선비들의 기록열을 가장 잘 확인할 수 있는 자료가 바로 일기류 기록자료이다. 따라서 이 논문에서 이러한 일기류 기록자료가 가지고 있는 특징을 확인하고, 현대적으로 활용 가능한 콘텐츠로 만들기 위해서 어떠한 가공 작업을 해야 하는지를 살펴보고 있다. 이를 위해 여기에서는 한국국학진흥원에서 진행하고 있는 일기류 기록자료를 DB로 구축하는 사업과 이를 콘텐츠로 제작하여 창작자들에게 창작 소재로 제공하고 있는 ‘스토리테마파 크’의 사례를 중심으로 가공의 내용과 중요하게 고려해야 할 사안 등을 살펴보고 있다. 이 를 통해 이 논문은 다음과 같은 세 가지 중요한 사항을 제안하고 있다. 첫째, 자료의 특징 을 정확하게 파악하고, 이를 DB설계 및 서비스 환경에 적용시켜야 한다는 점이다. 날짜 를 중심으로 생산된 일기류 기록자료의 특징에 따라 DB를 구축하고, 그에 따라 사용자 환경을 구축하고 있는 일기류 DB구축 사업의 내용을 살펴보고 있는 이유이다. 둘째, 유 저 타케팅을 정확하게 하고 그들의 Needs에 맞는 DB 및 콘텐츠 제작이 필요하다는 사실 이다. 활용도를 염두해 둔 상황에서 제작되는 콘텐츠는 반드시 ‘누가 활용할 것인가?’에 대한 명시적인 정의가 이루어지고 난 후, 그들의 Needs를 파악하는 작업을 통해 기획되 어야 한다. 셋째, 각 단위 사업에 가장 강점을 가진 전문 영역과 그렇지 않은 부분을 분리하고, 그에 따른 역할을 명확히 할 필요가 있다는 점이다.
