The development of traditional crafts should be introduced elements of modern design and traditional appearance, shape, decoration combined; materials and technology innovation; production and sales support widening in many aspects of. At the same time, we should strengthen the education of ceramic culture, so that people's deeper understanding of the heritage and protection of the "fast burning pot" of the importance and practical significance of the traditional ceramic crafts.

본 논문은 노동남(산동 동남쪽) 설가요(薛家窑: 쉐자야오) 의 “천년 요화 부단(千年窑火不断: 천년을 지속해온 가마불)”으로 생산된 “쾌소요(快烧壶: 빠른 소성주전자)를 시발점으로 하여 설가요의 지리 환경, 역사전통을 상세하게 소개하고 또한 “쾌소호”의 흙 선택, 성형, 소성 등의 공예기법에 대하여 자세한 설명을 하며, 어떻게 이러한 전통 수공예를 전승 발전시켜야 할지, 그 방법에 대하여 상응된 분석을 시도하였다. 본 논문에서 전통 수공예의 전승은 현상에 안주하지 말고 대대적으로 선전하여 널리 보급해야 한다고 의견을 제시했고, 또한 전통기술에 기초하여 현대적인 생산 공예기술과 결합하여 생산방식을 개선하여 현대적 방식에 적응시켜야 한다고 의견을 제기했다. 공예품의 발전은 현대적인 디자인 요소와 전통적인 외형, 그리고 스타일과 장식을 결합해야 한다고 보고, 재료 공예도 창의적인 발전이필요하다고 본다. 생산 판매방식의 확장도 필요하고 동시에 일반대중에게 도자기문화의 교육의 보급을 시행하여 사회적으로 “쾌소호”라는 이러한 전통 도자기 수공예품의 중요성과 현실적인 의의를 인식시키는 것이 중요하다고 본다.

本文以鲁东南薛家窑“千年窑火不断”的主要实用器产品“快烧壶”为出发点，详细介 绍了薛家窑的地理环境、历史传承以及“快烧壶”的选泥、拉坯、烧成等工艺技法，并 对如何传承与发展这一传统手工艺做了相应的分析。文中提出对传统手工艺的传承不能 固步自封，应该大力宣传与推广，并且在传统技艺的基础上结合现代新兴的生产工艺技 术加以改进，使其更加适应当下的生产方式。对传统手工艺的发展应从引入现代设计元 素与传统外观、造型、装饰相结合；材料工艺的的创新；生产、销售方式的拓宽等多方 面入手，同时还要加强人们对陶瓷文化的教育普及，让人们从深层次认识到传承和保护 “快烧壶”这种传统陶瓷手工艺的重要性和现实意义。
