ZFC is the standard form of axiomatic set theory and as such is the most common foundation of mathematics. The jeta function in Rieman Hypothesis has ten properties, that is to say, 10 axioms of mathematics. 1. The extension is the formulation of the jeta function, or the increase of natural number 2. The jeta function has an ordinal rank 3. Each jeta function concerns about only one frequency 4. Each jeta function contains pairing as like leftwise and rightwise or positive and negative 5. In the space, there are many rotational electromagnetic waves. However we can construct a jeta function 6. Every term in the jeta function can be replaced by the term of the other frequency and pair 7. The jeta function has infinite terms 8. The jeta function contains every natural number and then it makes every power set 9. The binary relationship in producing the jeta function makes a well-ordering 10. We must choose a frequency because at every frequency the jeta function exists
