With the development of management philosophy and practice of higher education in China and abroad, “University International Student Affairs Administration” becomes a new topic in the field of “Student Affairs Administration” in recent years. The academic achievements mainly related to the “cultural adaptation of international student”, “system and mechanism of international student administration”, “content of teaching management on student, administration on dailylife and ideological guidance”, “domestic and abroad comparative study of the international student affairs.”Based on the comprehensive combing analysis of the research on university international student affairs,the author trying to grasp the integrity characteristics and the trend of the research at the macro level, while, combined with practice to clarify his own views on specific issues on the problem of the process to adaptation to chinese culture for international student at the micro level, inorder to find the key to this problem, and lay a solid foundation for the more in-depth study on this theme.

국내외 고등교육이념과 실천은 끊임없이 발전되고 성숙해짐에 따라 최근에 “중국대학교에 오는 외국유학생의 사무관리”는 대학교학생 사무 관리 연구 분야에서 새로운 연구주제로써 나타나고 있다. 이와 관련된 학술성과는 주로 “ 유학생 문화 적응성에 대한 연구”, “유학생 관리 시 스템과 제도 연구”, “유학생 교육관리, 생활관리, 사상인도”, “국내외 유 학생 사무관리 대비 연구” 등이 있다. 본 논문은 중국대학교에 오는 유학생의 사무관리연구에 대한 체계적 인 정리와 분석을 통하여 거시적인 측면에서 이러한 연구의 추세와 특 성을 파악하고, 미시적인 측면에서 중국대학교에 오는 유학생들이 중국 문화에 적응하는 과정 중에 나오는 구체적인 문제에 대해 관점을 제시 한다. 또한 실천과 결합해서 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 방법을 찾아 보고 앞으로 더 깊은 연구를 위해 토대를 마련하고자 한다.

国内外高等教育管理理念与实践的不断发展成熟，使得“高校来华留学生事务管理”成为近年来在中国高校学生事务管理研究领域兴起的一个新的议题，相关学术成果主要集中在“留学生文化适应性研究”、“留学生管理体制与机制研究”、“留学生教学管理、生活管理与思想引导”、“国内外留学生事务管理的比较研究”几个方面。本文通过对高校来华留学生事务的研究进展状况进行全面梳理分析，力图实现对研究趋势和特点在宏观上的整体性把握，同时，在微观上，对来华留学生适应中国文化过程中的具体问题阐明自己的看法，并结合实践找到重点与难点问题的对策，为进行更为深入的系统研究打下基础。
