This paper aims to analyze the development process and feature of the education for research ethics that draws attention in the process of institutionalizing research ethics in the area of human and social science. The Chinese government recognizes academic irregularities as a representative phenomenon of the corruption in Chinese society since 2000. Therefore, the government has conducted systems to fight against academic irregularities. Committee was set up in the Ministry of Education in order to establish a sound school tradition. Universities has also put an effort on the institutionalization for the eradication of academic irregularities based on research ethics related instructions of the Ministry of Education. Education for Research ethics represents universities' efforts in China to realize sustainable research ethics along with the institutionalization of research ethics. This study categorizes education for research ethics into 5 sections such as creating required subjects to prevent academic irregularities, strengthening the responsibility of academic advisor, improving research ethics system, introducing the system to verify plagiarism of research paper and enhancing proper research tradition.

이 논문은 중국 인문사회과학분야의 연구윤리 제도화 과정에서 주목받고 있는 연구윤리교육의 발전과정과 그 특징을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 2000년 이후 중국정부는 연구부정행위를 중국사회 부패현상으로 인식하였다. 이에 따라 연구부정행위를 척결하기 위한 제도를 시행해왔다. 중국 교육부는 건전한 학풍건설을 위한 위원회를 신설하고, 대학은 교육부의 연구윤리와 관련한 각종 지침을 바탕으로 연구부정행위를 근절하기 위한 제도화를 강화해왔다. 연구윤리교육은 중국대학이 연구윤리 제도화와 함께 지속가능한 연구윤리 실천을 위한 가장 대표적인 노력이다. 중국의 연구윤리교육은 연구부정행위를 예방하기 위한 필수교과목 신설, 지도교수의 책임 강화, 연구윤리 제도체제의 개선과 강화, 연구논문 표절 검증 제도 도입, 올바른 연구문화 고양 등의 차원에서 실시되고 강화되고 있음을 알 수 있다.
