- Chongqing is one of the pioneers which have developed the animation industry in China. After more than a decade developing, the animation industry in Chongqing is becoming strong more and more. Local government, medium and associations promote each other. The animation industry in Chongqing faces the second high wave. This paper starts from the global creative economic up surge. On the basis of Chinese animation industry developing status and area advantage, this article discusses the strategy of Chongqing animation industry around Chongqing industry structure and area character. It emphasized on seeking a breakthrough in the script writing. Based on introducing and learning the execution modes from Japan, Korea and US, animation industry in Chongqing has a global characteristic and also exhibits its own native style, especially including some popular elements in the script writing makes the product much more interesting. On the personnel side, inducting and training the all-around people is also paid much attention by the animation industry. This paper tries to offer constructive advice to boost the Chongqing animation industry from science position.

- 본 논문은 전 세계의 창의적 경제활동의 붐과 문화산업 발전과정을 배경으로 한다. 먼저 중국 전역의 애니메이션산업 현황과 지역적 특징을 분석하였으며 더 나아가 중경시(重慶市) 산업구조에 기초하고 있는 이 지역 에니메이션산업의 발전 대책을 연구하는데 주력하였다. 결론적으로, 새롭게 등장하는 매체를 적극 활용하며 시나리오 창작을 해결방안의 돌파구로 삼아야 한다. 더 나아가 시대적 아이콘을 잘 살린다면 중경 애니메이션의 핵심 경쟁력이 될 것이다. 본 논문은 실천적 측면에서 중경 애니메이션 산업 발전을 위해 해결방안을 모색하고 제안하고자 시도한 것이다.

- 본 연구소의 설립을 통해 우선 한중 양국 국민의 상호이해와 교류증진을 위한 인문, 사회과학적인 연구는 물론이고, 이를 통해 기업(인)이 중국에 안정적인 정착과 교류를 할 수 있는 각종 환경을 조성하고자 한다. 게다가 본 연구소는 기존의 연구소의 기능과는 달리 단순한 학술 교류에 머물지 않고 인적 교류를 통해 양국관계의 이해를 증진하고 나아가 한국과 중국의 각종 프로젝트를 적극 유치, 개발함으로써 지속적으로 재원의 창출을 도모하고자 한다.
