The characteristics of Chinese Firm's FDI into South Korea are different from the South Korean Firm's FDI into China. The Chinese firm's main motive is to gain the manufacturing technology of the core parts，and the M&A is the main investment way which they use. The Chinese firm's FDI infused industry cooperation between China and South Korea with new vigor. Chinese firm's investment is meaningful in enhancing industrial cooperation level and promoting the industrial integrated cooperation between China and South Korea. This article，by using the investment statistical data and cases, analyzed essential features comprehensively, and forecasted the trend in the future. Finally, proposed the suggestion to enhance the Chinese firm's FDI, and improve investment of industrial cooperation between China and South Korea.

중국 기업의 대 한국 직접투자는 투자동기와 투자방식에 있어서 한국 기업의 대 중국 직접투자와 서로 다른 특징을 보이고 있다. 투자동기를 살펴보면 중국 기업은 원자재, 부품 등 중간재 제조기술의 습득과 한국 내수신장 진출에 보다 많은 관심을 두고 있다. 투자방식을 살펴보면 소규모 투자가 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 가운데 제조업에 대한 투자는 인수·합병 방식을 택하고 있다. 중국 기업의 대 한국 직접투자는 한·중 양국 간의 경제 및 산업협력 관계를 추진하는 데 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 본 연구는 먼저 중국 기업의 대 한국 직접투자에 관한 통계자료를 이용하여 중국 기업의 대 한국 직접투자의 전반적인 상황과 기본적인 특징을 분석하였다. 그 다음에 중국 기업의 대 한국 직접투자에 있어서의 주요한 문제점과 당면 과제를 지적하고, 중국 기업의 대 한국 직접투자의 향후 발전추세를 살펴보았다. 끝으로 결론 부분에서는 분석 결과를 요약하고, 이를 바탕으로 양국 산업분야의 투자협력 강화의 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.
