The people's livelihood news is a kind of special news appearance which appears on Chinese media of the television news in recent years, it reports the city residents’ personal life difficulty as a social news, attaining factual records as far as possible to sow actually, short and small fast, in order to help the citizen solve a concrete life difficulty depending on media of social influence. This text takes the NanJing‐close‐up news column on Jiangsu TV Station and 630 Every Day of Chongqing TV Station as an example, analysing people's livelihood news, discussing the origin of Chinese people's livelihood news, contents characteristics, realistic meaning, social function, and development direction. So as to point out: to report the personal life's difficulty as a social news in that the society concerns to the people's livelihood are not enough: The reason for high viewer rating is that the way to complain from the citizen at lower class is limited, and difficult to improve. People's livelihood news' leading to go into a minority in the traditional public sphere is the citizen's personal words, reporting and smelling interesting news, and lining up a sorrow solution for the common people are difficult, so to become the tool that the common people solves a real life difficulty, and this has lead the citizen to use mass media to get involved in the public sphere to develop an outlet, causing and moving under social words powering, placing news power to the lower class, which becomes the native special features of the dissemination. Its development is good to a developing country of China of democracy construction, can also lead an extension to the New Country Construction.

민생 TV방송은 최근 중국에서 새로 나온 특수한 신문방송 형태인데 도시에서 개인생활의 어려움을 사회신문보도를 통해 대중 매체의 사회 적 영향력으로 구체적으로 해결하는 데 목적에 있다. 본 논문은 강소성 TV방송<南京無距離>과 총칭 TV방송<매일 630> 을 예로 민생 TV방송에 대한 조사 분석을 함으로써 중국 민생 TV방송 의 기원, 특징, 현실의의, 사회기능 및 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다. 민생문제에 대한 배려가 부족한 중국에서 민생 TV방송은 일반인이 실제적인 생활의 어려움을 해결하는 방법이 되고 있다. 동시에 민생 TV방송은 일반인이 대중매체를 이용해 공공영역에 개입시키기 위해 통로를 개척하며 사회 권력을 밑으로 이동시키고 지방특징을 갖는 신문 방송 형식을 형성시키고 있다. 민생방송의 발전은 발전도상국인 중국의 민주주의 건설과 새마을 건설을 유리하게 유도할 수 있다.
