This study was a content analysis of the concordance rate and exploratory tendencies in the technology fields of high school technology and home economics textbooks based on the newly revised 2009. Researchers have employed concordance analysis as an analysis tool, and Romey has employed tendency analysis. Following are the conclusions of this study. First, there was a high concordance rate in the following: the definition of standardization, line and character, projection drawing, creative engineering design project, use (case) of information and communication technology, use (case) activity in aerospace technology, use (case) in biotechnology, use (case) of the robot and automation technology, use (case) environment and construction technology and use (case) convergence technology project. And, there were subchapters of relatively high concordance rate in the following: present and future of information and communication technology, present and future of biotechnology, present and future of robotics and automation technology, current and future environmental and construction technology, and convergence technology project solved. In addition, there was a mid-chapter of the highest concordance rate in the world of the future technology. Each main chapter was similar concordance rate. Second, as the result of analyzing exploratory tendency based on Romey framework, the text analysis rating index (T) on text showed a non-exploratory tendency and a rating of the question at the end (Q) of a question appeared as a non-exploratory tendency from all textbooks. Also, rating the activities index (AI) on activities showed an authoritarian tendency from most textbooks. So, most of the newly revised technology fields of high school technology and home economics textbooks demonstrated the non-exploratory tendency.

이 연구의 목적은 2009 개정 교육과정 고등학교 기술․가정 교과서들 간에 기술 영역 내용의 일치율과 탐구 성향을 분석하는데 있다. 교과서들 간의 내용의 일치율은 연구자가 구안한 분석틀에 의해 분석하였으며, 교과서들 간의 내용 성향은 Romey의 분석 기법을 이용하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일치율이 상대적으로 높은 내용 요소로는 ‘표준화의 정의’, ‘선과 문자’, ‘투상법’, ‘창의 공학 설계 프로젝트’, ‘정보 통신 기술의 활용(사례)’, ‘항공 우주 기술의 활동(사례)’, ‘바이오 기술의 활동(사례)’, ‘로봇과 자동화 기술의 활동(사례)’, ‘환경과 건설 기술의 활동(사례)’, ‘융합 기술 프로젝트’ 등이 있었다. 일치율이 상대적으로 높은 소단원은 ‘정보 통신 기술의 현재와 미래’, ‘바이오 기술의 현재와 미래’, ‘로봇과 자동화 기술의 현재와 미래’, ‘환경과 건설 기술의 현재와 미래’, ‘융합기술 프로젝트 해결’ 등 이었다. 또한, 일치율이 가장 높은 중단원은 ‘미래 기술의 세계’였으며, 대단원의 경우 두 대단원 모두 비슷한 일치율을 보였다. 둘째, 2009 개정 교육과정의 기술․가정 교과서의 기술 영역은 대부분 권위적인 성향을 지니고 있었다. 즉, 이 연구에서 고등학교 기술 영역의 문장 분석 지수(T), 교과서 절이나 장의 끝부분에서의 질문에 대한 평가 지수(Q), 활동지수(AI) 등이 권위주의적인 성향이 있었다. 그러나 그림과 도표에 대한 평가 지수(F)는 단원에 따라 탐구적 성향이 차이가 있었다.
