Recently, Korean's happiness index appeared to be poor as 27 of 36 countries surveyed total OECD. Although Korea experienced an exceptional economic growth among all over the world, its happiness level is not so high. Therefore, in this paper, we collected various web data through searching our own 27 keywords based on Alderfer's ERG Theory. Also, we tried to know which subjects are related to happiness and unhappiness using LDA topic modeling. We supposed each keyword contains one topic, and tried to gain the meaning from them. We extracted 89,127 data from 2013 to 2014 and performed topic modeling. The condition of the happiness and unhappiness were the top topics extracted each field. We analyzed the condition of the happiness and unhappiness more in detail and extracted several topics such as economic power, family, mental attitude etc. Therefore, we can understand the subjects which are Korean’s happiness and unhappiness as well as proposing the practical methods that shall enhance happiness or relieve unhappiness.
