The research is to grasp the relationship between adult attachment of pre-childhood teacher and self-differentiation. First of all, adult attachment of pre-childhood teacher and self- differentiation depend on the gender, grade level and local. Second, the study analyzes correlations with the adult attachment of pre-childhood teacher and self-differentiation level, and third, the research is discovered how the self-differentiation is depending on the adult attachment types. The subjects were measured the adult attachment style examination and self-differentiation level of 318 students who attend early childhood education in G and J area which were conducted to analyze the results of T-test, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Study shows that the adult attachment of the pre-childhood teacher (attachment anxiety/ attachment avoidance) is appeared significant negative correlation statistically. And second, adult attachment of the pre-childhood teacher (attachment avoidance) has an influence on the self- differentiation. In other words, adult attachment of the pre-childhood teacher(attachment avoidance) has a strong influence on the self-differentiation of the sub-variables that affect most emotional disconnection. Adult attachment and self-differentiation level is an important factor in the emotional maturity and individuation process to a smooth social adjustment by an independent member of society. And based on these data, the basis of psychological intervention shall be the basis for the consideration.

이 연구는 예비유아교사의 성인애착 유형과 자기분화 수준을 알아보고 나아가 그 관계를 파악하기 위한 것이다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 성별, 학년별, 지역별 성인애착 유형과 자기분화 수준을 분석하였다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 성인애착 유형과 자기분화 수준 간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 성인애착 유형에 따라 자기분화 수준이 어떠한지를 분석하였다. 이 연구의 대상은 G지역과 J지역에 유아교육과에 재학 중인 학생 318명을 대상으로 성인애착 검사와 자기분화 수준을 측정하였으며, 결과분석을 위하여 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예비유아교사의 성인애착(애착 불안/애착 회피) 유형은 자기분화와 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계로 나타났다. 그리고 둘째, 예비유아교사의 성인애착(애착회피)은 자기분화에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 예비유아교사의 성인애착(애착회피)은 자기분화의 하위 변인인 정서적 단절에 가장 높은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 성인애착 및 자기분화 수준은 독립된 사회인으로서 원만한 사회적응을 위해 정서적 성숙 및 개성화 과정에 있어 중요한 요인이 되며, 심리적 개입의 기초 자료가 될 수 있다.
