This study studied the Eurhythmics music education teaching-learning program established by the basic concepts of inclusive, balanced, transformative and connection in practical way to educate children in more personal, emotional and integrated method than what Holistic art education pursues to prove the hypothesis effecting to personal relationship intelligences among the emotional intelligences not only the musical talent of infants. First of all, the study surveyed 110 infants with the Eurhythmics teaching- learning study tool, ‘Emotional intelligence questionnaire for age 5 infants’ for teachers produced by Byungrae Lee(1997) based on the Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence to understand emotions of infants and the ‘effect of music education to the ability of building personal relationship’. The study showed the meaningful result by studying the hypothesis of ‘Eurhythmics music education would have an effect to the self-recognition, expression, self-controlling ability, considering and recognizing ability of infants’. Moreover, it showed to have an effect especially in higher self-esteem from emotional recognition and expression of infants, and social ability of following the order. Also, it had a positive effect in improving concentration of infants, and recognizing others through emotions of infants and a point where made infants work together as recognizing the others. Among them, the abilities of expressing own feelings and personal relationship which has positive interaction with teachers showed to have the biggest effect from the Eurhythmics teaching-learning program.

이 논문은 음악교육활동이 영유아의 음악성뿐만 아니라 정서지능 중 대인관계지능에 영향을 미친다는 가설을 증명하기 위해, 홀리스틱 예술교육이 추구하는 보다 인간적이고, 감성적이며, 통합적인 방식으로 아이들을 교육하기 위해 전일, 포괄, 균형, 변용, 연계 등을 실천적인 기본 개념으로 정립된 유리드믹스 음악교육 교수-학습 프로그램으로 연구하였다. ‘유리드믹스 음악교육은 유아의 자기인식과 표현력, 유아의 자기조절 능력, 유아가 타인을 배려하고 인식하는 능력, 대인관계 능력에 영향을 미칠 것이다‘라는 가설을 연구한 결과 유의미하게 나타났다. 또한 영유아의 정서인식과 표현에서도 자존감을 높이고, 함께 차례를 지킬 수 있는 사회성에 특히 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 영유아의 정서를 통한 타인 인식과 조절 능력에 상대편을 인지하고 협동심을 발휘하여 함께 활동할 수 있게 한 점과 영유아의 집중력을 높이는 점에 긍정적인 효과가 나타났다. 그중 친구에게 자신의 감정을 표현할 줄 알고 교사와 적극적인 상호작용을 하는 대인관계 능력에 유리드믹스 교수-학습 프로그램에서 가장 큰 효과의 결과가 나타났다.
