In this study, we analyzed the factors that affect the level of satisfaction of the farmers participating in the community-based enterprises. The main results are as follows. Firstly, most of the farmers who are participating in the community-based enterprises expect to perform a major role in terms of economic. Secondly, the most difficult thing in the management of community-based enterprises is to secure sales channels and the facilities are needed to sell the agriculture product and interact with urbanite. Thirdly, the satisfaction after the establishment of the community-based enterprises is higher than before in terms of income of farmers, secure of sales channels and creation of job. Finally, the results show that the selling price of agriculture product, relationship of resident and the level of education have a significantly positive effect on satisfaction.

이 연구는 마을기업 참여자들을 대상으로 참여농가의 실태와 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 마을기업에 참여하고 있는 농민들 대다수가 마을기업이 경제적인 측면에서 큰 역할을 수행하기를 기대하였다. 둘째, 마을기업의 운영에 있어 판로확보를 가장 큰 애로사항으로 꼽았으며, 도시민들과 교류하면서 농산물을 판매할 수 있는 직판장 시설을 필요로 했다. 셋째, 농가소득, 판로확보, 일자리창출 등에서 마을기업 설립 이전보다 이후에 만족도가 높아진 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 마을기업 참여자들의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과 농산물 판매가격이 증가할수록, 주민 간 단합이 잘 될수록, 학력이 낮을수록 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
