The Purpose of this study was to develop the lesson plan and performance assessment instrument for ‘My Career: My Way looking for Sammanri’ in Elementary Practical Arts. This study was consist of preparation step, development step and improvement step. In preparation, I carried out research and Analysis ‘My Career’ unit in Elementary Practical Arts. It is consist of two section: ‘World of Technology’, ‘ Life of Home economics’. In Development, I developed the lesson plan and performance assessment instrument based on preparation stage. In Improvement, I configured by the experts about the lesson plans and performance assessment and assessment instrument were being developed security. The mager of improve things: School applied when utilizing the applicable plan and present a note, ''added using the Internet information retrieval question,'' added the production of supplementary learning materials’ The conclusion, lesson plans and performance assessment tool developed in this study is to know the difference between the types of elementary school students in career and vocational career recognition stage, students have the opportunity to develop self and generally well-known profession in our society students will understand the profession outside.

이 연구는 초등학교 실과 나의 진로에서 ‘내 길을 찾아 삼만리’단원을 위한 수업과정안 및 수행평가 도구를 개발하는데 있다. 이 연구는 준비(preparation), 개발(development), 개선(improvement)의 세 단계로 수행되었다. 첫째, 준비단계에서는 초등 실과 교육과정 내용영역 중 ‘기술의 세계’의 영역에서 ‘나의 진로’ 단원을 분석하였다. 학생활동예상을 분석하여 수업의 단계를 기술교과에서 주로 이용되는 문제해결의 단계를 분석·적용하였다. 둘째, 개발단계에서는 준비단계를 기반으로 하여 수업과정안과 수행평가도구를 개발하였다. 셋째, 개선단계에서는 개발되어진 수업지도안과 수행평가 도구에 대하여 전문가 집단을 구성하여 검토·보안하였다. 주된 개선사항으로는 ‘학교 적용시 활용가능한 적용방안 및 유의사항을 제시’, ‘인터넷을 활용한 정보검색 문항 추가’, ‘보충 학습자료의 추가 제작’ 등이 있었다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 개발된 수업지도안과 수행평가 도구는 진로인식 단계에 있는 초등학생들이 진로와 직업의 종류의 차이를 알게 하며, 학생 자아인식를 계발시키는 기회를 부여하고, 일반적으로 우리사회에서 널리 알려진 직업이외의 직업을 학생들이 이해할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
