- With the Imperial Examination (IE) in China being the main analyzing component, the paper first defined the concept of ‘Imperial Examination Literature’ (IE Literature), and then analyzed such forms of IE Literature as Shitieshi (standard exam poems), Lvfu (rhythmic prose), Ce (political essay), Lun( argumentum), Eight-Part essay, Biao (subordinates’ proposition to superiors) and Pan(verdict writing). To the conduct the research over IE Literature from the perspective of IE Study can induce a more objective and systematic view over IE Literature, and can provide public opinion support and theoretical support for rehabilitating IE and re-evaluating IE Literature. The research findings over IE literature have been on rapid growth in recent years, which has evolved as a significant section of IE study.

- 本文以中國科舉為主, 首先界定“科文”的概念, 進而分析試帖詩、律賦、策、論、八股文以及表、判等科文體裁, 論述科文的史學、文學、文化和科舉學價值｡ 以科舉學的視角研究科文, 較能夠以客觀的系統的觀點來看待科文｡ 為科舉制平反的大環境, 為重新認識科文的價值提供了輿論與理論支撐｡ 近年來, 科文研究的成果增長十分迅速, 成為科舉學的重要側面｡
