The object is that this research pays attention to importance of social capital formation and investigates the influence that the social capital of the event volunteers reaches on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior and proposes the practical undertone related to the event management. In addition, according to the experience existence and nonexistence of the event volunteers, it tries to compare whether there is the difference which the organizational citizenship behavior how is or not. For this, on the basis of the preceding research and theory, the volunteer's the social capital of the event volunteers comprises the survey through the adult confidence, trust of institution, norm, and network in the altruistic behavior, conscience and consideration, citizenship, and sportsmanship item and the causal sequence between variables is clearly made public and the first purpose. In addition, according to the experience existence and nonexistence of the event volunteers, it tries to compare whether there is the difference which the organizational citizenship behavior how is or not. It confirmed positive that there is the influence that result of this research and event volunteers social capital is positive to the organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, according to the experience existence and nonexistence of the event volunteer, it was confirmed that there was the difference noted to the organized citizen's action. In the event volunteer organization, the result of this research applies to the volunteer administration and draws the undertone which is practical and political and will become basic data.

본 연구는 사회적 자본 형성의 중요성에 주목하여 이벤트 자원봉사자의 사회적 자본이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 이벤트 운영과 관련된 실천적 함의를 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 선행연구와 이론을 근거로 이벤트 자원봉사자의 사회적 자본은 대인신뢰, 기관신뢰, 규범, 네트워크로 자원봉사자의 조직시민행동은 이타행동, 양심과 배려, 시민정신, 스포츠맨십 항목으로 설문을 구성하여 변수들 간의 인과관계를 보다 명확하게 밝히는데 일차적인 목적을 둔다. 또한 이벤트 자원봉사자의 경험유무에 따라 조직시민행동 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 비교하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과, 이벤트 자원봉사자 사회적 자본이 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향력이 있다는 것을 실증적으로 확인하였다. 또한 이벤트 자원봉사자의 경험유무에 따라서 조직시민행동에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 이벤트 자원봉사자 조직에서 자원봉사자 관리에 적용하고 실천적이고 정책적인 함의를 도출하는데 기초자료가 될 것이다.
