The purpose of this study is to navigate the concept and the orientation of smart classroom management through case studies and literature both domestically and internationally. As a result, Smart Classroom Management(SCM) was defined as follows: SCM is the educational support system, ultimately, in order to rebuild the classroom culture whose focus moved from the “transfer of knowledge” to the “communication with students” for capacity enhancement. In this innovative educational paradigm, in detail, SCM is to enhance students' personalized learning, character and capacity, who will lead the next generation : competences of collaboration, communication skills, creativity, critical thinking, global capabilities by expanding classroom methods, contents and capabilities to overcome spatiotemporal limitation. In 2009, Korean students have ranked first in the world in terms of digital literacy. As well, the Korean teachers, who seem to be superb in the digital literacy, need to be in the evolution of smart people in order to fully lead the digital native generation. Finally, to rebuild the classroom culture, we suggest Smarlogue(Smart + Analogue) Education that orients innovative seamless communication system between teachers and students based on the classroom environment(Analogue) that are free from spatiotemporal constraints.

누구나 이어폰을 끼고 음악을 듣거나 스마트폰 화면 속에 무언가를 보며 고개를 숙이고 스 크린 위에서 손가락이 바삐 움직인다. 호모 디지쿠스(Homo Digicus)에 이어, 장소의 제약으 로부터 해방된 호모 모빌리쿠스(Homo Mobilicus)가 세상과 늘 연결되어 있는 신인류 호모 스마트쿠스(Homo Smartcus)로 다시 진화된 시대의 지하철 신(新)풍속도이다. 이러한 변화 속 에 디지털 기기에 친숙한 디지털 네이티브 세대를 지도해야 하는 교사(Digital Immigrant)들 에게 스마트교육과 접목한 학급경영은 이미 불가피한 일처럼 보인다. 본 연구는 스마트교육 이라는 용어를 사용하면서도 스마트학습(또는 스마트교수·학습)에만 주로 초점을 두어온 개념 정의 및 연구 동향의 한계를 극복하는 대안으로 스마트 학급경영을 제안한다. 이를 위해 국 내외 사례 및 문헌연구를 통해 스마트 학급경영의 개념을 새롭게 탐색한 후 스마트 학급경영 에 대한 실제, 스마트 학급경영이 나아갈 방향을 모색하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 우리 학생들의 디지털 독해력은 세계 1위이다. 다른 나라 교사들에 비해 월등히 앞설 우리 선생님들 역시 디지털 네이티브 세대를 온전히 지도하기 위해 스마트 피플로의 진화가 필요 하다. 아울러 교실 환경에 터한 생활 전체에서의 학생과의 상호 소통을 위한 의사소통 시스 템 혁신과 새로운 학급문화 형성을 위해 기존의 학급경영(아날로그 학급경영)과 스마트 학급 경영을 조합한 스마로그 학급경영을 제안하였다.
