This study was to verify what the medical tour coordinator's professionalism affectedjob attitude and if the self-efficacy had the regulatory role between the professionalismand the job attitude. The theoretical research was preceded for the purpose of thisstudy, and the data was collected target at the medical tour coordinators working atthe hospital in Busan as the actual proof analysis. Among these collected questionnaires, 107 questionnaires were selected as theanalysis data excluding the insincere answers. Descriptive statistic analysis, reliabilityanalysis, factor analysis, regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis wereconducted using the statistical package SPSS 21.0 for the data analysis and thehypothesis verification. The use of criterion group, service belief, self-control, vocationand autonomy were extracted as the professionalism and two main factor, jobsatisfaction and job commitment, were extracted as job attitude in this study. First, the factors of vocation and autonomy of medical tour coordinator'sprofessionalism influenced positively on job satisfaction and the factors of self-controland autonomy influenced positively on job commitment. Furthermore, after moderatingeffects of self-efficacy were verified, vocation among the factors of professionalismbetween professionalism and job satisfaction had the moderation effect and themoderation effect between professionalism and job commitment was not positive.

본 연구의 목적은 의료관광코디네이터의 직업전문성이 직무태도에 어떠한 영향을미치는지 살펴보고, 특히 의료관광코디네이터의 자기유능감이 직업전문성과 직무태도간의 조절역할을 하는지를 검증하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구는 부산지역 병원에 근무하는 의료관광코디네이터를 대상으로 설문조사를실시하였으며, 총 130부를 배포하여 107부를 분석자료로 채택하였다. 자료분석은SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계분석, 신뢰도분석과 요인분석, 회귀분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 의료관광코디네이터의 직업전문성의 소명의식과 자율성 요인이 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로나타났고, 자기규제와 자율성 요인이 직무몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는것으로 나타났다. 그리고 자기유능감의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 직업전문성과 직무만족 간에는 조절효과가 유의하게 나타났으며, 특히 소명의식과 자기유능감과의 조절효과가 크게 나타났다. 그러나, 직업전문성과 조직몰입 간에는 조절효과가 유의하게 나타나지 않았다.
