The general aspect of future wars has changed from firepower and mobility to knowledge-based information. The Network-Centric Operations Environment (NCOE), which is an operational environment based on a network, connects sensors, decision-makers, and the means of blowing (hitting) to the effect. The effective information enables commanders in the battlefield to make quick and effective decisions to speed up their performance of their operations. I will formulate a model of the important factors that make possible the continuous use of military management information on the military battlefield, through a study on the NCOE and based on the Technical Acceptance Model (TAM). After the formulation of the model, I will conduct a survey and draw the conclusion by analyzing the data with the SPSS program.

미래전쟁의 일반적인 양상은 종전의 화력, 기동중심의 전쟁에서 정보․지식 중심의 전쟁개념으로 변경하고 있다. NCOE란 네트워크 중심 작전환경으로 센서와 의사결정자, 타격수단을 효과적으로 연결하여 전장상황 인식을 공유하고, 빠르고 효과적인 의사결정으로 작전수행 속도를 증가하는 환경이다. 이에 NCOE에 대한 연구와 기술수용모델(TAM)를 기반으로 군 전장관리정보체계의 지속사용요인에 대한 모형을 도출하고, 설문조사와 SPSS프로그램을 활용한 실증적 분석을 통해 군 C4I체계 지속사용에 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 한다.
