The purpose of this study is to prevent of accidents in the Private security guards. Therefore, to suggest to the accident prevention system for example the study is reviewed. Discussed through the analysis of the case, and the type of crime was attempting to discuss the professional ethical aspects. After the satisfaction of physiological needs private security is a concept that ensures safety from violence. It is to provide an overall personnel, facilities, procedures, services for disaster, imminent danger, to prevent loss of life from the threat of criminal activity. It is part of a private security sector that will to complement the activities of public security for the people is now recognized as familiar part Nevertheless, making you lose the trust of the people that caused the accident is continuously private guards. The following suggestions to prevent any recurrence of the accident was private security guard. First, the strengthening of education on professional ethics. Second, it should be ready for training verification program. Third, establish a management system for retirement security guards. Fourth, the exclusion system establish for the corporate caused the accident.

민간경비는 생리적인 욕구 충족 이후에 폭력과 위해로부터의 안전과 관련되는 영역을 보장하는 개념으로, 범죄 행위, 재난, 급박한 위험, 일상생활에서 발생될 수 있는 위협에서 손실을 예방하기 위한 전반적인 인력․시설․절차를 제공하는 서비스이다. 민간경비는 공경비의 공백을 보완해 줄 수 있는 분야로서 일반 국민들에게 이제는 친밀한 영역으로 인식되어지고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하 고 지속적으로 발생되는 민간경비원 사고는 국민의 신뢰를 잃게 만들고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 민간경비원에 의한 사고 사례의 검토를 토대로 재발을 방지할 수 있는 시스템 에 대해 논의하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 사고 사례의 분석을 통해 범죄에 대한 유형을 논 의하고 직업 윤리적 관점을 토대로 논의를 시도하였다. 재발을 방지하기 위한 제언 사항은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업윤리 교육의 강화이다. 둘째, 교육 훈련의 검증 프로그램 마련이다. 셋째, 퇴직 경비원 관리시스템의 구축이다. 넷째, 사고 발생 법인 에 대한 퇴출제도의 마련이다.
