Previously juvenile delinquents in the juvenile justice processevaluate their perceived labeling. But recently informal labelinghas an effect on Juvenile delinquency. The research purpose ofthis study to examine the effect of informal labeling on Juveniledelinquency focusing on the controlling effect of parents ・teachers・friends attachment. This study uses Korean Youth Panel Survey(KYPS) that includes3,121 students in the second grade of the junior high school. Inorder to achieve the goal of present study, several theories are labelingtheory and the Social bond Theory of Hirschi. It is conducted to find out that those factors could have impacton informal labeling on Juvenile delinquency focusing on the controllingeffect of parents ・teachers ・friends attachment. SPSS19.0 was used. Descriptive analysis was conducted to figure outthe demographic characteristics. It is carried out to confirm thatthe Independent variables influence on the dependent variable withfactor analysis and reliability analysis in order. T- test and ANOVAwere conducted with demographic factors. Correlation analysis wasused to examine the relationship among independent variables, dependentvariables, and control variables. As results of analyzing,the findings are as followings: In the relationship between informal labeling and Juvenile delinquency,it found that informal labeling is significantly related tostatus delinquency and serious delinquency. In terms of reducing Juvenile delinquency, programs should bedeveloped to prevent informal labeling and to increase parents ・teachers ・friends attachment through cooperation with home,school, and government agencies.

이 연구의 목적은 비공식낙인이 청소년비행 중 지위비행에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하 기 위하여 기존의 선행 연구들과 낙인이론을 토대로이 연구의 주요 연구변수들을 채택하였다. 이러한 연구의 변수들을 고려하여 연구모형을 설정하였으며, 연구의 주요 변수들에 대한 빈도분석과 집단간 평균차 이검증을 위해서 독립표본 T검정과 일원배치분산분석을 실시하고 회귀분석을 통해 최종적으로 연구모형을 검증하 고 가설채택 여부를확인하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 비공식낙인이 청소년의 지위비행에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 자아낙인과 주변낙인두 변수 모두 청소년의 지위비행 에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 자아낙인과 주변낙인은 청소년의 지위비행에 정적관계로 비공식낙 인이 높을수록 청소년의지위비행을 더 많이 저지르는 것임을 의미하고 있다. 이러한 결과는 비공식낙인이 청소년의 지위비행의 원인으로 작용한다는 연구들과 맥락을 같이 한다. 위의 결과를 종합하여 보면, 비공식낙인은 청소년의 지위비행에 직접적인 영향을 주고 이는 청소년기에 자신과 주 위 사람들의 낙인이 비행행동으로 이어지게 된다는 것이고 비공식낙인은 청소년의 비행행동에 위험요인으로서 작 용한다는 것을 의미하고 있다. 이 연구결과들을 바탕으로 비공식낙인을 줄이기 위해서는 청소년들에 대한 성급한낙인을 하지 않도록 하는 것이 중 요할 것이다. 낙인으로 인해 타인이나 사회에 대한적개심이나 반발심을 가지게 되면 청소년비행을 일으킬 가능성이 높아지기 때문에비공식낙인을 줄이기 위한 사회적 인식과 지속적인 노력이 필요할 것이다. 따라서 청소년의 지위비행을 감소시키기 위하여 청소년들이 올바른 자아형성을 할수 있고 주변낙인을 완화할 수 있 는 사회적 인식에 대한 노력이 가정, 학교뿐만 아니라 사회적인 차원에서 필요하다고 할 수 있다.
