We interested in foundation of ethics counseling. Integration with object relations theory and ethics of care will be a model of ethics counseling. Theory of object relations theory and ethics of care has many similar factors such as human beings as the relationship, emotion, love and care for other people. Both theory has focused on healthy personality, true self, good human traits. But object relations theory in psychoanalytic psychology has focused on the process of developing a psyche in relation to others in the environment during childhood. The object relations theory suggests that the way how to people relate to others and situations in their adult lives is shaped by family experiences during infancy. It is important to note that the object relations view developed entirely within the context of neolocal families in which the mother and father set up their family unit in a new location. But ethics of care is to develop capacity for a better life and ethical self and care community in society. so we want to take advantage of integration with object relations theory and ethics of care in moral education. We are study to integration with object relations theory and ethics of care that could be used as teaching method or skill for moral education in elementary school.

최근 윤리상담과 관련된 논의가 시작되고 있다. 윤리상담의 논의는 다양한 차원으로 전개될 수 있지만 현재 도덕과 교육과정의 특성을 고려해서 이루어질 수 있는 현실적인 방법은 학교상담의 한 영역으로써 철학 상담, 혹은 여타의 학교상담과 구별될 수 있는 독자적 형태로 윤리상담 영역을 개발하는 방법, 심리학이나 학교 상담을 도덕과 교육에 활용하는 방법, 그리고 도덕심리학에 근거해서 윤리상담을 개발하는 방법 등이 가능하다. 그런데 초등학교 도덕과 교육과정 상황을 고려할 때 현실적인 방법은 도덕심리학을 근거로 한 윤리상담 형태를 개발하는 것이 효과적인 대안일 수 있다. 그것은 도덕 심리학이 학교상담 및 상담학과 인접한 학문이기 때문이다. 더욱이 학교상담과 인접학문인 도덕심리학이 현재 초등학교 도덕과 교육과정의 근거이론이기 때문이다. 따라서 도덕심리학을 활용한 윤리상담 형태가 현재 도덕과 교육과정에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다. 이에 우리는 도덕심리학의 영역인 배려의 도덕교육과 배려의 도덕교육에 이론적 영향을 준 대상관계상담이론의 특징을 고찰하고, 이를 근거로 하여 배려의 도덕교육과 대상관계상담이론을 연계 활용한 윤리상담의 방법과 실제를 고찰하였다.
