This study aims to seek an explanation for Japanese used individually and some idea of with focus on lunch solicitation process performed by three Korean business personnel (hereafter called KB1, KB2 and KB3) working at aJapanese company. Towards this end, an analytical review was performed using an analytical approach after the transcription of the interaction interview with each individual. The results showed that as for KB1, his accumulated socio-cultural knowledge andinformation ranging from the media to entertainment and cosmetics facilitated conversational negotiation() regarding , and . During this process, was formed, while exchanging meta-message of on the meal. At the same time、the negotiations for potential roles of and were found to have a positive influence on the solicitation process. Next it seemed difficult for KB2 to take solicitation action due to the stress caused by the different perception on the priority between a work and a meal with peers. With respect to the relief of the stress, it is possible to relieve the stress if the negotiation (CN-EX) for mutual understanding is performed by narrowing down the different mutual recognition mentioned above. Lastly, KB3 was observed to display by confirmation strategies on the selection of food and restaurants, and by the consideration of conditions. In addition to the common approach (CN-IM) both by verbal and non-verbal elements, it was observed that especially in the latter, KB3 and his peers performed solicitation action by taking turns about the conversation role negotiation of and , while forming by the consideration of conditions.

本研究の目的は、日本の職場で働く3名の韓国人ビジネス関係者(以下、KB1、KB2、KB3)が行う昼食の勧誘過程に焦 点をあて、各自が用いる日本語の「インターアクション能力」と、これによる「会話上の交渉や役割交渉」の一端を解明す ることである。各自に対し、インターアクション・インタビューを行い文字化した後、解釈的アプローチによる分析考 察を行った。その結果、KB1は、メディアから芸能界、化粧品に関わる社会文化的知識や情報を蓄積しており、これら は同僚との勧誘時の「言語上の意味」「インターアクションの意味」「専門的知識」に関わる会話上の交渉(「CN-PM」「CNIM 」「CN-EX」)を円滑にしていた。その過程の中で、食事に対し「希望」のメタメッセージを伝え合いつつ「私的で親し い関係のフレーム」が形成された。同時に、「勧誘者(KB1)」と「披勧誘者(同僚)」という暫定的な会話上の役割が交渉さ れ、これが勧誘過程に正の影響を与えていた。次に、KB2にとって、同僚との間に、仕事と食事の優先順位に関する相 異認識によるストレスと、これによる勧誘行動の困難がみられた。このストレスの軽減について、相互は上述の相違認 識に絞り、理解し合うための交渉(CN-EX)を行い、円滑に進めば軽減の可能性がある。最後に、KB3から料理や食堂の 選定に関わる確認ストラテジーによる「やり取り式勧誘」と、体調考慮による「推し量り式勧誘」が観察された。両方式と も、言語や非言語的要素による伝え合い(CN-IM)が共通する他、特に、後式において、KB3と同僚は体調の察しによる「対 等で私的な同僚関係のフレーム」形成と同時に、「勧誘者」と「披勧誘者」の会話上の役割を交代に交渉しつつ勧誘行動 を行っていることが観察された。
