The problem of economic order is the one of homo economicus as well. The economic order cannot but collapse, if it uses human being as a means for economic effectiveness. The task of Christian ethics is not to reform the economic system but to make homo economicus responsible for his neighbor. The parable of Jesus presents a way of recovering the economic order through the recovery of the human economic life. It emphasizes the human value rather than the value of market and capital that the neo-liberal market order persues. The parable of Jesus carries out the role of touchstone which can diagnose and criticize the economic order by presenting the principles of the life of God’s kingdom. The kingdom of God is quite different from the world order and it’s justice can be by no means the social justice. Through parables explained Jesus the distinction between them. The parable of the workers in the vineyard shows how much diefferent the justice of God’s kingdom and social justice are. This parable stays beyond the justice of distribution in market capitalism. Within the context of this parable is inherent the moral value in addition to the economic one. The economy of God’s kingdom deals first of all with human dignity, instead of efficiency. The parable of the rich man and Lazarus does not highlight the rich but the dangers of wealth. This parable is searching for the cause of sin in the act of using the property rather than the property itself. The crucial problem of the rich man is the aloofness to the suffering neighbor. The wealth which is disconnected with the poverty of neighbor is a curse rather than a blessing. Sin is at once to do evil and not to perform the good positively. This parable emphasizes eventually that the neighborly love is the way of salvation. The basic principles of capitalism is to persue the interests of community through the private one. To realize this goal is to be observed ‘the golden rule’. However capital and markets are being privatized and the polarization becomes intensified gradually. If the freedom and fair competition are not guaranteed, the personal interests may result the disadvantage of others. Therefore the identity of christian, which cares the suffering of neighbor and practices the sharing of ownership, is urgently required more than ever.

경제 질서의 문제는 곧 경제적 인간의 문제이다. 경제 질서가 인간을 경제적 효용 을 위한 수단으로 사용할 때, 그 질서는 무너진다. 기독교 윤리의 과제는 경제제도의 개혁이 아니라 경제적 인간을 이웃에게 책임적으로 만드는 것이다. 예수의 비유는 경 제적 인간의 삶의 회복을 통한 경제 질서의 회복의 길을 제시한다. 그것은 신자유주 의 시장질서가 추구하는 시장과 자본의 가치보다는 인간의 가치를 중시한다. 예수의 비유는 하나님 나라의 삶의 원리를 제시함으로써 경제 질서를 진단하고 비판할 수 있 는 시금석의 역할을 한다. 하나님의 나라는 세상의 질서와 구별되며, 그 나라의 정의는 사회정의와 다르다. 예수는 비유를 통해서 그 차이를 설명해 주었다. 포도원 품꾼의 비유는 하나님 나라 의 정의와 사회적 정의가 어떻게 다른 지를 잘 보여준다. 이 비유는 시장 자본주의의 분배적 정의를 넘어선다. 본문의 상황 안에는 경제적 가치 외에 도덕적 가치가 내재 되어 있다. 하나님 나라 경제학은 효율성이 아니라 인간의 존엄성을 우선으로 생각한 다. 부자와 나사로의 비유는 부유한 인간을 비판하기보다는 부의 위험성을 강조하고 있다. 비유는 부자의 죄의 원인을 풍성한 재물에서가 아니라 그것을 사용하는 행위에 서 찾고 있다. 부자에게 결정적인 문제는 고통당하는 이웃에 대한 무관심이었다. 이웃 의 가난과 단절된 부는 축복이라기보다는 저주이다. 죄는 단지 악을 행하는 것만이 아니라, 적극적으로 선을 행하지 않는 것이다. 비유가 강조하는 것은 결국 이웃 사랑 이 구원의 통로라는 것이다. 자본주의의 근본원리는 개인의 이익을 통하여 공동체 전체의 이익을 추구하는 것 이다. 이러한 목적인 실현되기 위해서는 황금률이 지켜져야 한다. 그러나 시장과 자본 은 독점화되고 양극화현상은 심화되고 있다. 자유와 공정한 경쟁이 보장되지 않을 때, 한 사람의 이익이 다른 사람의 불이익을 초래할 수 있다. 이웃의 고통을 돌아보고 소 유의 나눔을 실천하는 그리스도인의 정체성이 그 어느 때보다 요구되고 있다.
