This research explained general notion of suicide and cause and characteristics of the adolescents suicide through the theoretical framework of the preceding literature related adolescents suicide. This paper also organized Biblical interpretation and Christian ethics about adolescents suicide, and analyzed advanced research for the process of postvention in ministerial field. The researcher determined the importantance of the process of postvention, and suggested the alternatives to apply in pastoral counseling field. Little researches have been done in the area of process of postvention in Korea. A few research in the field of postvention have dealt with secular society or school, not church based. This paper referred the Australia's Suicide Postvention Suideline to suggest practical methods for the process of postvention in the ministerial education field. This research suggested the practical guidelines of the time period (immediate action, first 24 hours, 48-72 hours, 1 month, and long term) for the survivors from the acquaintance's suicidal experience.

본 논문에서는 청소년 자살의 문헌연구의 이론적 고찰을 통해 자살의 일반적 개념 과 청소년자살의 원인과 특징에 대해 설명하였고, 자살에 대한 종교적 윤리해석에 대 해 정리하였다. 또한 교육 및 상담의 현장에서 자살사후개입에 대해 선행 연구된 문 헌자료를 분석하였고, 청소년 자살사건의 발생이후 사후개입의 중요성 및 의미를 밝 히며 상담현장에서 실제적으로 행해야 하는 지침들과 대안들을 제시하고자 하였다. 한국에서는 자살사후개입이라는 주제의 논문들도 많지 않고, 주로 이루어진 몇몇의 연구들은 일반사회 및 학교현장을 중심으로 한 연구들이었으므로 본 연구에서는 사회 및 교회교육현장에서 자살사후개입의 실천적 방안을 제시하기 위하여 호주의 자살 사 후개입 지침(Suicide Postvention Guideline)을 중심으로 사망사건 발생이후 시간경과 에 따른 대응적 방안을 제시하고 즉각적인 대응, 최초24시간, 48-72시간, 1개월, 장기 적 관점에서 각 시기별로 자살생존자들을 지지하기 위한 실천적 지침들을 제시하고자 하였다.
