The importance of financial industry and financial education is growing under the capitalism economic system. Vitalized financial education is critical to economic growth and improving the quality of life. Research on financial education through the related certification (or qualification) system is a helpful research method because education is significantly influenced by the certification system. However, careful consideration over the certification system takes precedence in order to use this method relevantly. There are the ‘national qualification’ and the ‘private qualification’. The private qualification is comprised of the ‘registered qualification’ and the ‘approved qualification’ which is similar to the national qualification in terms of the level of management. 598 qualifications among the national qualifications and the approved private qualifications are given academic credits according to the law. Credits- recognized qualifications are classified into 20 areas and 15 levels. CPA is the biggest credits-recognized financial-related qualification. Financial test subject in CPA examination is financial management. This study analyzes the sub sectoral question trend and the score of the total and successful applicants. I found the following suggestion and implication. First, it is desirable to increase the relative weight of corporate finance and to decrease the weight of investments when we consider the legislative intent of the CPA act and its implementing ordinances. Second, the applicants should prepare for financial management subject test though the weight is not high in the first test. The difference between the average score of total applicants and that of successful applicants is biggest in the financial management among the total five test subjects in the second test. It is useful information in the course of business education.

자본주의 경제체제의 발전에 따라 금융교육의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 금융교육 활성화는 경제성장 뿐 아니라 사회적 양극 화 해소를 위해서도 필수적이다. 관련 자격은 교육에 미치는 효과가 지대하므로 자격제도를 이용한 올바른 금융교육의 방향 을 탐색하는 것은 유용한 연구방법이다. 단, 이러한 연구방법의 올바른 적용을 위해서는 자격제도에 대한 체계적인 고찰이 선행되어야 한다. 자격은 크게 국가자격과 민간자격으로 나눌 수 있고, 민간자격은 공인민간자격과 등록민간자격으로 구분 된다. 국가자격과 공인민간자격을 중심으로 관련법에 의하여 자격취득자에게 학점이 인정되며, 이러한 학점인정 자격은 20 개 분야 및 15개 등급으로 구분된다. 금융관련 자격 중 학점인정 등급이 가장 높은 자격은 공인회계사 자격으로 금융관련 시 험과목은 재무관리이다. 본 연구는 2007년부터 2014년까지 8년 동안의 공인회계사 시험 재무관리 과목 기출문제의 분야별 출제비중과 응시자 및 합 격자의 평균점수를 분석하였다. 첫째, 재무관리 과목의 특성, 공인회계사법 및 동법 시행령에서 제시하고 있는 시험 목적에 비추어 제1차 시험문제는 투자론 분야 출제비중을 소폭 줄이고 기업재무론의 출제비중을 소폭 늘리는 것이 바람직한 것으 로 판단된다. 둘째, 재무관리는 비회계 시험과목 중 배점비중이 압도적으로 높지는 않으나 제1차 시험 및 제2차 시험과목 모 두에 포함되어 있어 합격을 위해서는 중요한 과목이라 할 수 있다. 제2차 시험 합격을 위해서는 제1차 시험 준비기간 중에도 재무관리 수험준비를 소홀히 해서는 안 된다는 점을 확인하였고, 이는 상업교육 과정에서 유용한 정보이다.
