In recent years, As the Elderly population increases, the Elderly Crime is in the rising trend in Korea, And more, We can make estimate that Elderly Crime will be serious social problem. Elderly Crime appropriate police response strategy will be important. The Emergence of a variety of Elderly Crim police mobilization is difficult to solve alone. In addition, Community Policing and Civil Partnership is a cooperation network of the basic configuration requirements. This Police Officers, Experts and the General Public to target empirical analysis presented in the previous studies of various deployment strategies involving Cooperation Policing Network security plan centered Elderly Crime by taking advantage of the PEQ respond to the priorities of an effective policy and analyzed. This study intended to seek plans for prevention of the Elderly Crime through analysis on the strategics of the Elderly Crimes by Cooperation Policing Network among various crimes. As a result, Senior Police Cooperation to combat crime in order to build a network of Local Governments and maintain positive working relationship, technological development and mechanical equipment installation, elderly homes and introduced a variety of programs to strengthen the family bond, security co-operation between organizations restructuring, which specializes judicial council to configure inter-agency operations in order. These results prior to running the first thing to be followed for the Elderly Crime seriousness perception, cooperation of the members of the police security to the network through a thorough education instill faith is the most urgent thing.

고령화에 따른 노인범죄자가 최근 들어 우리나라 전체 범죄 중에서 눈에 띄게 증가하고 있다. 이에 경찰의 강력한 대응보다는 노인범죄자의 유형과 특성 등을 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 늘어나 는 노인범죄자에 적절히 대응해야 한다. 이러한 다양한 대응 방안 중에서 본 연구에서는 지역사 회의 협력치안네트워크를 활용하고자 한다. 이에 경찰공무원, 전문가, 일반시민들을 대상으로 한 실증적 분석을 통해 선행연구에서 제시된 다양한 구축 전략 중에서 협력치안네트워크와 관련된 방안을 중심으로 하여 PEQ방법을 활용하 여 노인범죄에 대응하기 위한 효과적인 정책들의 우선순위를 분석해 보았다. 연구결과, 노인범죄에 대응하기 위한 협력치안네트워크 구축을 위해서는 지방자치단체와의 적 극적인 협력관계 유지, 기술적으로 발달한 기계장비 설치, 노인가정 및 가족유대 강화를 위한 다 양한 프로그램 도입, 협력치안단체간의 운영 재조정, 전문적으로 취급하는 사법기관 간 협의체를 구성하여 운영 등의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들을 실행하기에 앞서 우선적으로 선행되어야 할 것은 노인범죄에 대한 심각성 인 식, 경찰구성원들의 협력치안네트워크에 대한 철저한 교육을 통한 믿음을 심어주는 일이 가장 시 급한 일이다.
