The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of child care teacher's aptitude and job satisfaction through 210 people child care teachers working the child care center in Incheon. All the data was analyzed using SPSS WIN 20.0. And the collected data were analyzed by calculating the mean and the standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, Person's productive correlation coefficient and step-by-step input method multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the difference between the teacher's aptitude consequences background variables is significant by type of work organizations. but the difference between the teacher's aptitude consequences background variables not is significant by academic ability and work experience. the difference between the teacher's job satisfaction consequences background variables is significant by type of work organizations. Second, correlation analysis result for child care teacher's aptitude and job satisfaction showed a positive relationship. Last, correlation analysis result for child care teacher's aptitude and job satisfaction showed a positive relationship, and step-by-step input method multiple regression analysis result importance aptitude sub factor of child care teacher's for job satisfaction sociability for infants and toddlers, ability of interpersonal relation, call for work the order of greater affected. The conclusion of this study is that the aptitude for child care teacher related to the job satisfaction. In the case of child care teachers consider to aptitude when choosing a career.

이 연구는 인천광역시에 소재한 어린이집에서 근무하는 보육교사 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통하여 210명의 보육교사의 적성과 직무만족도를 알아보고 적성과 직무만족도와의 관계를 분석하였다. 자료는 SPSS WIN 20.0을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차, 일원변량분석, Pearson 상관관계 분석, 단계적 투입방식의 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 첫째, 보육교사의 배경변인에 따른 적성의 차이는 근무기관 유형에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 경력과 학력에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 직무만족도와의 관계에서는 근무기관 유형에 따른 직무만족도에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 적성과 직무만족도에 대한 상관관계 분석결과 정적상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 보육교사의 적성과 직무만족도에 대하여 단계적 투입방식으로 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과 직무만족에 대한 보육교사 적성 하위요인에 대한 중요도에서 영유아에 대한 친화력, 대인관계능력, 업무에 대한 소명감 순으로 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것을 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 보육교사의 적성은 직무만족과 관계가 있으며, 특히 보육교사의 경우 직업 선택 시 적성을 고려해야한다는 것을 시사한다.
