Intermediate form of this study were treated at the prison house of residence by utilizing social enterprises and vocational training for prisoners re-painting, as an alternative to economic deprivation and social enterprise campus bokjijeok jeopgeunin suggestions for ways to leverage examined. 본 연구는 교도소에서 기숙사 형태인 중간처우의 집을 사회적 기업으로 활용 하여 수형자에게 직업 교육과 재사회화 경제적 궁핍에 대한 대안으로서 교정 복 지적 접근인 사회적기업 활용방안에 대해서 제안을 하고자 살펴보았다. 한국에서도 지난해에 창업한 출소자를 위한 사회적기업의 반응은 매우 긍정적 이다. 이에 향후 출소자에 대한 지속적인 지원과 노력이 절실하다. 이제 한발 더 나가 중간처우의 집을 사회적 기업으로 활용하여 수형자에게 직업교육과 재사 회화가 보다 쉽게 더 많은 혜택을 제공하기 위해 법무부 등 정부가 참여하거나 기업과 지방 자치단체가 연계하여 지역사회의 다양한 자원을 활용하여 자본금이 나 실시기관의 숫자 등 전반적인 외연의 확대를 통한 중간처우 수형자를 위한 사회적기업 활성화가 이루어야 한다. 이제 사회적기업을 교정 복지적 차원에서 사회적 기업을 출소자에게만 한정시키는 태도에서 벗어나서 외부 통근 하는 수형자 등에게도 연관시킬 필요가 있으 며 수형자가 직업교육을 통한 재사회화를 위하여 취업하는 사회적 기업에는 그 들의 정신적 측면에서의 적응을 지원하고 원조해 줄 사회복지사의 개입도 필요 하다.
