The final subject of this research's analysis is 1,104 questionnaires of teachers in kindergarten and daycare center of capital area and it used Likert 5-score rating scale of 29 questions so as to measure educational belief of children teachers on Nuri curriculum and organized questions based on the reliability. As the result of reliability verification, there were educational belief suitable for Nuri curriculum(Chronbach's α=.92), educational belief unsuitable for Nuri curriculum (Chronbach's α=.91) and the whole reliability (Chronbach's α=.92). As the result of this research, educational belief on Nuri curriculum showed differences by background variables such as children teacher's academic background, age, career, license, institution type, etc. and made an effect on the educational belief on Nuri curriculum. As the result of regression analysis, academic background, license and institution type made a partial effect. Teachers' age and career showed differences by section, but they weren't effective variables. This research analyzed one part with a tool of children teacher's educational belief on Nuri curriculum, but it implies that teacher operating Nuri curriculum cannot operate it with same belief. They are the results which cannot explain Nuri curriculum is provided by same standard universally.

이 연구의 최종 분석 대상은 수도권의 유치원과 어린이집 교사의 설문 1,104부로서 유아교사의 누리과정에 대한 교육신념 측정을 위한 29문항의 Likert 5점 평정척도를 사용하고, 신뢰도를 바탕으로 문항을 구성하였다. 신뢰도 검증 결과 누리과정에 적합한 교육신념(Chronbach's α=.92), 누리과정에 부적합한 교육신념(Chronbach’s α=.91), 전체 신뢰도(Chronbach's α=.92)였다. 이 연구의 결과 누리과정에 대한 교육신념은 유아교사의 학력, 연령, 경력, 소지자격, 기관유형 등 배경변인에 따라서 차이가 있으며, 누리과정에 대한 교육신념에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 회귀분석 결과 학력, 소지자격, 기관유형이 일정 부분 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 교사의 연령과 경력은 구간에 따라서 차이는 있었지만 영향을 미치는 변인은 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 유아교사의 누리과정에 대한 교육신념이라는 도구로 한 부분을 분석한 것이지만, 누리과정을 운영하는 교사가 동질의 교육신념으로 운영하지 않을 수도 있음을 시사한다. 이 연구의 결과는 누리과정이 보편적이고 동일 수준으로 제공된다고 확신할 수 없음을 보여 준다.
