- This study examined poor children programs for achievement gaps in education. Eventually to investigate how to resolve gaps in education. The participants of social workers and teachers experience over on educational intervention setting 1 years in Daejeon were interviewed in-depth, and the data was analyzed by qualitative case study method. As a result, the determinants that made participants' experience continue to use educational intervention setting were grouped as follows: ‘children’s understanding’, ‘uppermost limit’, ‘focus of educational intervention’, ‘effectiveness of educational intervention, ’dilemma of persons in charge’, ‘directional nature of poor children’ programs.
