- Due to particulate of a lot of stakeholders for maintenance business so that during the project, occurrence of conflict is inevitable, thus, adjusting is fundamental among the people. This dissertation consists of on cases of litigations and maintenance business After these laws, implemented and then, added major 92 cases with interrelation ship, Result of the studies, litigation and amendment are not related to each other. Also, many conflicts could be appeared from the level of disposing of management, hereafter, the researches need to be followed. On the basis of research result, it is willing to propose for urgency of certain level to vitalize with maintenance business and suggests political current affairs
