The purpose of this study is to search for a method to expand the meaning of convergent education of music while preserving its own original meaning. The content of the study include arrangement of meaning, goals, content and methods of convergent education through reference research, and systemization of the convergent features of music and music courses. The conclusion can be arranged into four ways as follows. First, in convergent education, all subjects must seek for the ways to participate with initiative. Second, music is convergence and the music course is one of the major subjects of convergent education. Third, the topics for convergent music education may include pieces in music textbooks and music-related activities in real life. Fourth, when convergent education is practiced in music courses, the importance of aesthetic experiences must be kept.

이 연구의 목적은 음악 교과의 본래적 목적을 유지하면서 융합 교육적 의미를 확장하는 방법 을 탐색하는 것이다. 연구의 내용은 문헌 연구를 통해 융합 교육의 의미와 목표, 내용과 방식을 정리하고, 음악과 음악 교과의 융합적 특성을 체계화 한다. 연구의 결론은 다음의 네 가지로 정 리한다. 첫째, 융합 교육은 모든 교과가 특성에 따라 주도적으로 참여할 수 있는 방법을 찾아야 한다. 둘째, 음악은 융합체이며, 음악 교과는 융합 교육의 주요한 대상이다. 셋째, 음악 교과의 융합 교육을 위한 주제는 교과 내 음악 작품과 실생활에서의 음악 관련 활동 등이 될 수 있다. 넷째, 음악 교과에서 융합 교육이 실천될 때, 심미적 경험에 대한 중요성은 유지되어야 할 것 이다
